What is the UGX 25,000 connection fee?
The UGX 25,000 is paid by the tenant, not you. It unlocks your contact details so they can arrange a viewing directly with you. You receive none of that fee and pay nothing.
Does MuzigoFinder take a cut of my rent?
Never. The rent you agree with your tenant is paid directly by the tenant to you. MuzigoFinder does not handle rent payments and takes no commission.
What happens after a tenant books a viewing?
You receive an SMS and WhatsApp notification with the tenant name and phone number. You then propose available dates and coordinate the visit directly with them.
What if the tenant does not show up?
The tenant paid a non-refundable connection fee to book the visit, which incentivises them to show up. If a tenant is a repeated no-show, our team can flag them on the platform.
